What it actually does
CG 20 37 07 04 is the July 2004 edition of the completed-operations additional-insured endorsement, the companion to CG 20 10 07 04. It extends additional-insured status to liability arising out of "your work" performed for the additional insured that is included in the products-completed-operations hazard.
Like its ongoing-operations sibling, the 07 04 edition does not yet contain the explicit "lower of" limits cap or the "not broader than required by contract" language introduced in 04 13. It remains subject to the policy's products-completed-operations aggregate.
Use this edition when the subcontract specifies the 07 04 forms or when matching an existing 07 04 CG 20 10 on the policy. For most current contracts, the 04 13 edition is the one required.
